When caregivers and staff consistently connect with patients, their families and each other, everyone benefits. This presentation will discuss a unique service initiative that teaches caregivers and staff a proven method to quickly establish strong relationships with patients, their families and each other. The program will address questions such as what to do when clinical or taskoriented activities overwhelm the nurse, caregiver, ancillary or support staff’s ability to seamlessly work relationship-building into a busy day or encounter? The structured process which staffs are using that produces organization-wide, on-going success in patient satisfaction and staff engagement will be discussed. This program will provide participants an opportunity to interact with leaders who have achieved incredible results.

*** This program will be offered twice and we will only charge one connection fee. (Two for one). The session on March 17 is specific for a nursing audience and the content will be adjusted for this audience. The session on March 18 is more general and targeted to direct care givers, ancillary and support staff.
